Our Business Philosophy

Division Home Inspections is an individually owned and operated company. The objective of our business is to provide a high quality product, reliable service and dedication to the complete satisfaction of our customers. We take pride in our work, and hold ourselves to the highest standards in the industry. When you hire us for your home's inspection, we expect you to be delighted with our service, so much so, that you will recommend us to your family, friends and neighbors. We will always strive to provide the very best, unbiased and most complete inspection service available, by never accepting mediocrity. We continue our education to remain current in our field.

Fred Duemig has been in the construction field for over 30 years. He has served as Maintenance Manager for a major electric generation station, overseeing electrical, mechanical, engineering, planning, and building services. He is experienced in all phases of large and small building maintenance, repair and construction including, additions, remodeling, kitchens, bathrooms, wiring, plumbing, etc.

Fred is certified with NACHI, National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, WWW. NACHI.org. He is a graduate of the Long Island University, C. W. Post Home Inspection Certificate Program and PHII, Professional Home Inspection Institute, level 1 and advanced level 2. He received pest and WDI (Wood Destroying Insects) certification from Pest Management Sciences, Inc.

Fred is an active volunteer in the Massapequa and Seaford community.

Inspections are conducted in accordance with NYS DOS Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.  Copies of these are provided with the report and are also available at www.NACHI.org.  Client participation is encouraged as this is a valuable time for exchange of information between the client and the inspector.
